The spectral rainbow. God formed a rainbow as a promise to Noah he would never again destroy the earth with a flood. 
What a wonderful display the rainbow provides. Ever elusive in its capture, ever mystic in its appearing, tho I've got 
a good idea when to look for them now...

  The last few days have been overcast here in Memphis, Michigan, with an occasional sun poking through the gloom. 
March 29, 2004 saw another such day with a little hope in the form of a clearing at the horizon. As the sun sank lower, 
the firey reds and yellows were turning my living room into a blaze of colors. I stepped out into the drizzle and 
spotted this bow to the east. Awesome!
